Thank you for shopping with Dabney Apparel. We take pride in the craftsmanship of our 2026/Spring Collection. Due to the exclusive nature of our garments and to ensure the highest standards of quality and hygiene for all customers, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
1. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged for a different size, color, or style. Please carefully review the product descriptions, images, and your cart selection before completing your purchase.
2. SIZING DISCREPANCIES
As all sales are final, we strongly encourage customers to refer to our Size Guide before purchasing. If you have questions regarding the fit of our "Signature Tracksuits" or "Lux Cardigans," please contact our support team at [Insert Email Address] prior to placing your order.
3. EXCEPTIONS: DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We only offer resolutions for items that are defective or damaged during transit.

Resolution: If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement of the exact same item, subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, a store credit or refund for the defective item may be issued at our sole discretion.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an exception is made for a return due to a defect, Dabney Apparel will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of the damaged goods.
5. REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If a delivery is refused by the customer or remains unclaimed at a courier facility, the package will be returned to us. In these cases, the order remains non-refundable. Customers will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.
